I wish to compliment Hosmed with their staff member by name of Lucille .. regretfully I did not ask for her
sername. I had reason to phone for a 'Hospital authorization' and had the good fortune that Lucille answered
m, y call. Not only was she curtious, friendly and most of all knowledgeable and gave me excellent advice
and told me she had to clear her advice with her team Leader and would phone me back. Well not only
did she phone me back within 10 minutes I was most grateful for her information. Many kudos to her and
I thank her.
