Firstly I would like to thank you for having us over the weekend. Please could you kindly forward my email to the owner aswell.

With regards to the negative comments read on the internet, which the owner could not respond to was poor service, however I would like to comment on the individuals comments myself...

We had a great weekend, and I disagree with all the negative comments this person had to say about your hotel. The service and food was amazing and I would defiantly visit you guys again and recommend your hotel.
Clearly the individual below was having a bad day and seemed like nothing was going right for him.

o everything was perfect, so relaxing, beautiful views, the pontoon was very nice aswell.
o The toilets in the rooms, you had advised the guests that there are flushing issues, but once know how to master the flush then there really isn't a problem
o The Jacuzzi was so nice, and the pool was heated at all times.

The only problem we had experienced at your hotel were the following:
o There was not shower gel/soap in the bathroom dispenser
o The outside pool was empty
