E mail does not work!

After a complain with hello-peter, she was suppose to come back to me after I have faxed her the account that I query. That was on Monday the 16 September 2013. I have tried to contact her with email address she gave me but it comes back. " THE ADDRESS IS WRONG" There is just no service, from the top to the bottom of this company.
This is driving me crazy
