Excellent Service

I checked out of the hotel on 15/09/13 and left my facewash in the shower. I phoned the Hotel at 16h00 on 16/09 and spoke to Vinesh. He told me that he would check with the cleaners and he got back to me on 17/09 to say that they did find my facewash. I asked if he could please post the facewash as I live in Gauteng. I am happy to say that I received my item on 18/09/13. I would just like to compliment him on his excellent service. Thank you again.
