Everymonth i am battling to get Chronic medication, i have even changed the pharmacy I'm using, For the past two weeks i had to pay cash for my medication reason being medication approved by you guys is not available, Clicks has checked with 5different suppliers still they cant get it. some or somebody with brains there please do something. Even worse you dont bother communicating even via sms if suppliers or manufacters have a problem with supply. pls some call me and resolve this i can not keep calling and e-mailing you guys everyday to here about your internal processes, when i am not getting the service i pay for... its absolute nonsense. if its too expensive then i will pay the difference come up with workable solutions... FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER
