Pathetic service

My name is Zamuxolo Ntuli. On saturday 14 September I went to a private doctor for some sickness. My problem is this ; I wanted to use my Discovery Card for payment, but only to find that my card was rejected, the doctor's assistance tried to assist me by calling my Discovery scheme, but in response they said I am not in their system, and I dont understand because they deducted more than R800, 00 from my money last month end, and my care states it is valid since 01 August 2013. I was so humiliated infront of the crowed when the assistance told me that my policy number does not exist. my policy number is 44005429, and it is a new card i just received from them after i received the membership letter that was confirming my membership.
