Linksfield casualty bad attitude

My baby burnt his hands and we rushed to the casualties to attend to it. the service was perfect, no issues, we were then told to come back the next day to change the dressing. they said we could just come any time and they would take us straight in and do this. when we arrived today we were told no we must open a file again and wait which would be about 2 hours at least. the head sister came and had a bad attitude and was rude telling us that's what is was and take it or leave it attitude. this is unacceptable and you want to charge me for this bad service? not a chance.
