WHAT A NIGHTMARE OF SERVIVE

I have been with DALVET ANIMAL CLINIC BRAKPAN give or take 10 Years my 1st animal made the ripe age of 22 this is after 2 strokes and the paralyzed she use to get very often sick and i would take he immediately sometimes my 2nd one would get also sick on the same time my bill WHICH I ALWAYS PAID!!! USE to be between R1000 up to R3500 WHICH I ALWAYS PAID!!! but yet on my outstanding bill OFF R90 which she could not phone me about cause they still use smoke signals i get handed over to her NEW Staffs mistake TO THE LAWYER total R246 which i PAID THE SAME DAY I HAVE PROOF OF PAYMENT... THAT I CANNOT PAY R90 are u me Ill tell u why! She is busy AGAIN BUILDING on to the practice so the client that can pay thousands of rand but not R90 GET TREATED LIKE by your (NEW) front desk lady (that is a joke) SHE OPENLY MOCKS U and stands their LAUGHING about it AND REFUSES to call the DR which KNOWS ME YEARS cant find my card and lips me about the PAID BILL when i didnt want to hear her HALF HARTED APOLOGY she walks away LIPPING ME AGAIN proving that the apology was NOT EVEN MEANT!!! I have kept quiet about the bill BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH HAVE U GONE MAD??? What right do u have?
