Over from teller and manage

They are just not able to do their job, they ask money in advance for services that they are not able to deliver. They about what was happening. At the end i needed to deal with the Consulate directly. It is just a waste of time and money. I lost almost 1000 euros for their "service". Starting a legal action against the company!!!
