Such bad attitudes

My husband phoned on Friday to hear if there was a opening so that he could make an appointment to see one of the Dentists today (Monday). He was told that if the just came in at about 8 o'clock that they will be able to push him in somewhere. When he arrived there today (Monday) they were very rude and told him that the one doctor is in theatre and the other 2 are very busy and that he's going to have to wait for about 2 hours to MAYBE get to see one of them. My husband then told them in a polite way that he had to take off work and everything just to be sent back with no-one to see him, and all they said was that there's nothing they can do about it, not sorry or we'll see what we can do, just nothing!!! That's very VERY unacceptable and rude... I think I will also take on another dentist somewhere else from now on.
