Incompetent staff

Went to casualty on the 4th and the 8th of August treated by the same dr and day staff with a broken 5th metatarsal. Went back for a check up on the 29th again and was seen to by the night dr on call. He looked at my report and said o I see u sprained your ankle a couple of weeks ago and when I said no I have a broken foot sent me off to X-rays. I was at the casualty for close to 2.5hrs just for a check up. But this dr never even looked at my foot or touched it and after the X-ray told me my toe is now fine and I can walk on it. Also one of the training nurses who only had a sticker as a name tag wanted my boot to sell it over the weekend. Now over a week later my foot is still swollen and has discoloration at the bottom I'm still in a lot of pain. I feel that the dr didn't do his job properly and now I have to pay agin for another dr to see me so I can hear what is wrong with my foot. I also never received any of my X-ray so can't even let my dr look at them to what's going on. The service I received from the night staff was unacceptable!
