I wrote an email on the 2nd of Sep to Medihelp and still have not received feedback and i need to go to see a dr on the 7th, what do i do cause i can not call their customer care number cause before i can speak to someone it will be after 10min if im lucky, emails they dont respond.what do i do. the email reads
Hi All,

1.Please assist in granting authorization for the 7th of September 2013 for my 32 weeks pregnancy and 34 weeks on the 21 September 2013 check ups for Dr Rouse Practice number 1462687 and the pregnancy IC Code is z34.9

2. Please also assist with the PMB registration for my HIV condition as i was made to understand that i will only qualify for it once my medical aid has been in effect for a year as i need to be receiving my Anti Viral treatment.

3. Also please assist with making me understand how the process works and im now 31 weeks pregnant and i need to register for my unborn baby as a beneficiary on my medical aid, do i need to wait till my baby is born or do i register him or her before he/she is born, . As im concerned, forbids, that there should be any complications with the baby after delivery and he/she is not covered then what would happen to the
