WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I CAN THINK OF

Too many things happened for me to describe in this small block, but the issues include not responding to e-mails, incompetent call centre staff, supervisors who put the phone down while you are talking to them, inability to read (specifically e-mails), inability to bother to ascertain the nature of the complaint and ridiculously short office hours.
If anyone reading this knows the telephone number for cancellations, please share...
