Claims not being processed again

This is my third complaint on Medi Help in the last 13.5 months. We have submitted a Lancet claim via our on line account 3 times now and today I found out that they still have not received it.

I am so sick of Medi Help that seem to not be able to do their work. I do not know what to do any more except to get another medical aid that doesn't have a problem doing a job they are getting paid for!!!
