Medi-help is NO help at all

I have been struggeling for over 4 years now with Medi-help, When I took out a medical aid with medi-help my husband had lost his job the same time, I cancelled my medical-aid 30days before it was supposed to be activated but my messages were never recived, Medi-help them put me on itc for R3500.00 two months of unpaid medical aid (Which I never used because I thought it was cancelled) I have offed them the half of that amount but they refused! I have 4 kids to support and they want R700 a month which I can not afford. They are rude when I try phone and explain and all they want is money for something that is not my fault. I should not be held responsible and have tried to make arrangments but nobody cares! MEDI-HELP is NO help
