Unprofessional Service

We got to this lodge and there was no one there I called the no you gave me and she said you did not give her my cell no and tried the office but no one came back to her she said she will send someone to open up for us we waited over 30 minutes but no one came we were parked outside the driveway so I called her again to ask what is happening and how long was it going to take for this person to come and open she then said she did not say it was going to take a few minutes I asked why did she not make prior arrangements as she knew we were coming she then put the phone down I then called her husband he could not confirm how long we have to wait so I said your advert said check in time is 4pm and that it was extremely unprofessional to conduct business in this manner i asked him to refund our money and I will find alternate accommodation he agreed to do this
