No response after several attempts!!

As a potential new member it takes merely a couple of minutes for them to phone you.
I am an existing member that made use of the "CALL BACK" service with a query on my scheme benefits. I have used this several times and not once has anyone contacted me!

Very poor service! Very unhappy!

Struggled with service since my first claim and still struggling!
