WORST dinner!!!

The waiter that served us was extremely slow and didn't understand what we wanted half the time, I felt like he had no proper training AT ALL!! We had to wait for cutlery at both the starter and the main course, I eventually had to ask the manager to bring us cutlery!! The worst part about the whole dinner was the food presentation which was disgusting to say the least. A chicken liver salad where the chicken livers were undercooked and it looked like they were simply dumped onto a bed of salad leaves no effort was put into the presentation at all. I feel as if their quality on service and food has deteriorated to unacceptable standards!! Such a horrid experience!!
