The worst service attitude yet

I am part of a group that rode into Cape Town on a bus this morning expecting that I would get a good rest in my room. To my dismay we directed to a back room to put down our luggage, and we never heard anything about our check in time. We were left in the cold foyer to wait for a word on when we would move into our rooms, it has been 50 minutes without a word for the receptionist accept to tell us to quite down.
