Waiting on feedback!!!

Hi hallo [URL Removed] i was a client of Bank med Medical Aid but when i stop d with working i was no longer a client of them but still thy took money from my account for three months and when i phone them a lady with the name of Yunnan Husein told me to email my details to her and that she will get back to me so she did just by telling me that i give her the wrong bank details as i told her that is my bank details and so she told me again she will look into the matter and email me back but never did until this very day since last year 2012 February and when my wife phone them again thy told her that thy cant deal with her and that thy will phone me back but also never did so i don't no how long must i still wait on bank med to respond back to me about my refund and i am very angry with there poor services i don't think this is a joke to play around with other peoples money that thy have work hard for so i hope bank med will give me feedback and give me what belongs to me i would really appreciate it if thy could get back to me on this matter.
