NO FEEDBACK - Delay in payment

Visited a specialist on 26/06/2013. Doctor submitted the bill via EDI (proof was sent to me). Resomed never paid the bill. Dr re-submitted, no payment (or any other feedback) from Resomed. On 26/06 I received a SMS from the dr rooms to confirm that they are going to hand the account over... I immediately paid the bill and sent Resomed the bill for the refund. After 2 weeks, they asked me to send proof of banking details and copy of ID, which we sent. We followed up on the payment, only to be told that it falls out of the period and will not be refunded. I have sent them the proof, where the Dr submitted the claim via EDI, resubmitted and followed up - without any luck... Today, 3 months later, still didnt even have the courtesy of a response to my query. PATHETIC SERVICE Resomed... I referred so many new clients to you as you were really on the ball. Not sure what happened since, but i am now the one with a red face as my friends not happy with the choice of medical aid...
