Disgusting Service Response

Discovery has been notified (many times) to add 2 defendants onto an existing medical after resigning from another medical (GEMS) for 3 months. Please note that that the addition of the 2 member were previously on the same medical aid (DISCOVERY) before joining (GEMS). Why is it being a train smash and so DIFFICULT to understand by the New Business department. We have communicated with many client services (Anissa; Samantha; Karabo; Shayda; Mpho-VERY VERY RUDE) & many more. Many documents were filled in & e-mailed & faxed. Discovery won't beat the services of GEMS or FEDHEALTH of which I was a member before. Presently I am on CHRONIC and it is VERY VERY DANGEROUS being absent from it for 3 months. WHY IS U SERVICE SO DISGUSTING???
