I requested to opt out of the HealthWallet weeks ago. From a telephone convesation with one of your consultants I understand that the HealthWallet is still open on our side - this is not showing up on my profile when I log on.

Currently, all cash backs are being paid back into this account that only you can see and access. These should have been paid back into my Discovery straight account.

I first wrote to you the 13th Aug - the Incredible Connection cash back was the clue that somethng was wrong. Can we please resolve this as quickly as possible?
