I tried contact us form, and it took 3 weeks to be contacted about a cancellation, I get a call (rings like twice, and that was it), and then never again.

So I phone, speak about it, get told I will be contacted within 3 working days... I'm still waiting.

I'm this close to cancelling my ENTIRE discovery policy :(
