Discovery makes my blood clot all over again!!!

Discovery is making me SICK with their bad administration for PMB. I suffered from a blood clot in the brain last year this time, and have literally sent HUNDREDS of emails to get payment made for money spent on Pathcare bills for weekly INR tests and dosaging. I first appeared on Pathcare's debt list, and was forced to settle the money out of my own pocket. Eversince, I have reported Discovery's lack of pay out of this money to me once on HalloPeter after sending hundreds of emails to them on it and getting empty promises of "we are working on it". After my first halloPeter complaint, Jennelle Appanna from Disocvery was on the phone with me, on emails with me, with big promises, after which my case was dropped and sent on to another Discovery employee, Genevieve Fredericks, with request to send all my docs all over again! It has been a whole YEAR now, since the blood clot in my brain, and the money which I had to cover on Discovery's for Pathcare, due to their bad administration and lack of action to PMB requests, I have still not received back. I am absolutely sick of their bad administration, throwing the back in my court, when all they need to do is their work! PLEASEHELP
