Excuses!!!

I submit a quote to fedhealth asking them will they cover the replacement of 2 crowns totally R5000. My response is... You have R5700 available for advance dentistry.. Which is also stated in the brochure of my plan.. So I take there response to the dentist who like me goes ok let's proceed.. The reason I sent the quote is to avoid sitting with an account they don't pay. Well jippy they paid R2600 and the rest they say oh sorry its out of hospital bla bla bla. Now I sit with a R3000 account!!! It is disgusting!!!
