Bonitas steals from us

In May 2013 my wife went to see a contracted Specialist. We had to pay R 600.00 in cash and claim it back from Bonitas. We have followed all their requirements. It is now August 2013. After a great number of emails. Phone calls; which is a huge aggravation being shoved around from person to person; we still have not been refunded what is due to us. The are plainly just ignoring us.

Be sure that every year in January our fees goes up with no less than 100% YET EVERY SINGLE YEAR OUR BENEFITS GETS REDUCED. It has gotten so bad that we even have to pay full price for some of our chronic medication costing us hundreds of extra rands every month. The change our plan on a whim and we seem to have no rights or say in the matter. Now they still from us.
