BAD SERVICE

I went into casualty where i was charged R950 upfront
i then request an invoice so i can claim, as usual it it is like pulling teeth without anistatic trying to claim back what i actually paid for.
libcare now advises that they cannot refund me even though i made for the claim because the total claim is R978, so now i need to fight with the service provider for the money THAT I PAID because of a system problem? am i penalized because of lace of system enhancements. NO WHERE DOES IT SAY THAT THIS WILL HAPPEN TO A PARTIAL PAID CLAIM, WHY PUT UP A FIGHT FOR R28, REALLY??? HOW PATHETIC
PAY ME THE MONEY THAT IS OWED TO ME LIBCARE. I PAY MY PREMUIMS EVERY MONTH RIGHT???
