Poor Service at the Timeout Cafe

While attending a course at the UCT Graduate School of Business between the 09th of August 2013 to the 16th of August 2013 we have to get our supper at the Time Out Cafe. I was not impressed with the service particularly on the 13th of August when I ordered my supper at 18:45 only to get it at 20:11 after having complained to the manager in charge. The waiters were clearly under pressure and it was frustrating for me to sit there for over 90 minutes waiting for Hake and calamari something that should not take long to prepare. This is absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable from a hotel brand as well known as Protea hotel.
