I was admitted in January 2nd 2013 in Waterfall City for my operation and Barrow Physiotherapy was the one assisting me in walking. after few months of being admitted they told me i am owing R9000 because my medical aid refused to pay.when i call my medical aid they said they never received any enquiry from Barrow Physiotherapy for Auth no.i called Barrow several times asking for proof so that my medical aid will make payment and still today i am waiting for proof.i sent e-mails to them still nothing all they do they send me statements asking me to pay.i spoke to Naomi who told me straight she cannot see any proof on her system but will ask Mary but still today no feedback from them.i am not happy if that is the way they treat clients
