Bad service and skill

We arrived at JB'S in Melrose Arch at about 8pm, we were seated on the outside part just next to the robot. The waiter that came to assist us was really rude, he just stood there and rushed us on to order our drinks, we thought nothing of it and orded drinks. My friend that was with us orded a beer that never even came because he forgot the order. then we told him to go it and he took over 10 minutes to bring it, then he still gives it to the wrong person. when we orded food he brought the food piece by piece, meaning that some were eating and the others were still waiting. then he still gets the food mixed up and gives it to the wrong people. we orded t-bone steaks, he never even brought steak knives. i had to get up and go fetch it inside the place. i must say that fortune the waiter will drive customers away like he has just did with me. i advise all to rather go across the road to the Moyo's or Primi just up the road. far better service and skill.
