Incompitant Nurses at Dalview clinic

I have been here? 30 hours and have had 8 drips because of nurse who can't properly insert a drip and now I have been waiting more than 2 and a half hours (Its 1:00 in the morning) for someone who "can put in a drip" only got medication at 22:50 and still waiting to be nebeulised. No matron, manager or head nurse available for complaints??? Terrible service and this is now for the second time! Rather don't apologise for the "much needed renovations" and apologise for " the lack of properly trained staff"
