Dr refuses treatment due to other pt's bills

We went for a consultation at Dr de Villiers. When we saw the dr he went totally ballistic and started shouting and screaming at us due to our medical aid that has not yet paid previous patients of his. He refused us any further treatment until the med aid has paid up all his bills.
