Security what a joke

We went on vacation on the 13th of July 2013 and on the 24th we have reported that there are two guys walking around the park that doesn't belong there, the security said they will look in to it but did absolutely nothing on the 25th my husband went out fishing, as it was really early in the morning we stayed in the caravan me my 2year old daughter and my brother and his fiance, the same two guys came in held us with knives and they threaten my child 's life with a knife against her throat and robbed us of our personal belongings and even food and medication. Some of the resorts workers were very friendly and tried to assist us, the owners of the resort didn't even bother to update or upgrade security and i want everyone to know that security there is a joke!
