Poor service from a team leade

I went to buy a birthday present there n I asked the cashier by the name of lebo for wrapping my goods, she then told me that they only wrap on special occasions like mother's day or father's day but because she wanted to help me she called her team leader and tell her what I want.the team leader she didn't even greet. me.she just listen to what lebo says n told her that we dnt hv enough security to be with us when we wrap, without even checking how many security dey have on the floor. I had to leave the store without being helped.when I got to the door I asked security if dey cnt help.with a smile on his face he told me to wait and he called another security then he went with me to the same team leader who didn't even bother to look for security.when we got there she told me that"ooh eventully you found security? And she laughed @ me.the security made her aware that she was wrong for not finding security for me but she didn't even bother to apologise.
