A month without a phone call to add dependant

On the 2nd of July I tried to add a dependant/ my wife onto my medical aid with Discovery. I am yet to receive a call or any kind of communication. All it says is application awaiting employer approval. When I added vitality this took less than a day. How can it possibly take this long??? I need her added by the 1st of August as I cannot wait another month! Please can someone contact me to sort this out??? DO you not want my money?
