Hi there, logged into my internet banking earlier today and to my surprise i had no money in my acc! called the bank and they advised me that the money was taken at the Hilton Hotel in the UK! Called the line to report this, they informed me that it will take up to 5days to get some form to complete then another up to 10days for my money to be transfered back into my acc! this is just not acceptable, Hilton hotel, took the money very quickly, nedbank approved it very quickly and now im left with no money and inconvenienced. i would like my money transfered right back into my account as soon as possble. i suggest someone calls me back so we can get on with the process so that i can get access to my money/account again. im in the process of contacting the UK Hilton Hotel to see what the went on there.
