Incompetant staff at discovery

My GP has forwarded a request for me to see a Specialist with regards to my particular promblem (warts) i then called discovery on 24/07/2013 as the appointment was set for 26/07/2013 only to be told by AAron that no authorization was done for this- i called my GP who has confirmed that this was sent to them on the 18/07/2013 and should have been authorised in due time as it was sent more that 7 days ago, My GP then sent it again yesterday and then i got told by a very arrogant gentleman that he has no time to check if it was received as this goes through different channels and refused to help me, I want this sorted out as this request was done on the 18 /07/2013 and i do not have the time to do Discovery's work for them, clearly their staff has more time on their hands to deliver bad service than helping their members. IE: my set date is for tommorrow and i would like haste to be put on this as i am very itrate at this point
