I had a medical aid claim for an item not usually covered by the medical aid (breast prosthesis) in my case it required after a double masectomy for breast cancer. Estella and Phumla went out of their way to get the prosthesis approved and paid for. What particularly impressed me was that Estella would phone me regularly with updates on the progress of my claim
