Supplier got Summons without answer about enquiry

I had the same experience, September 2012 phoned no answer to enquire about my account, phoned many times no answer thereafter. In Des I got lucky and someone answered excuse was they moved and Telkom had to move the lines (please take note currently, Jul2013, they have exactly the same excuse on the site why the phones are not working) I explained how the Dr had me sign some document after I enquired and he confirmed that they ask normal Medical aid tariffs (turns put they ask 600%). I asked where I could send a formal enquiry per email she said they only take per website. Went to the site it complaint section wasn't working. Tried a another time put in my complaint/enquiry. Till date no one called me. Turns out they got a Summons against me without me even receiving any correspondence from anyone about my complaint.
