HAGGLING FOR REFUND

Medicross has already been paid R260 twice - first in cash on 20 June and secondly by medical aid on 03 July. Now they are haggling for the refund since they claim they have to be paid by medical aid for a recent visit on 16 July. I cannot understand this since the refund of R260 has got nothing to do with the current account of 16 July. Their explanation is that they can only refund if the account is in credit - what nonsense! Do they want to earn interest on the money? It is not rightfully yours!
