No authorization number for the past month

Hello,

my doctor sent them a form and faxed it to discovery in front of me about a month ago and we got a response that the fax was delivered. well i should receive a authorization number within 3 days and still i have not received anything. everytime discovery will say they i must resent the stuff cause they do not get it, yet the fax says delivered.

I'm going to my specialist appointment soon and i need a auth number ASAP! WORSE MEDICAL AID EVER!
