These guys need a raise and promotions?

I have had an exhausting battle the last few days with Fedhealth getting my managers chronic medication approved for earlier collection as she is leaving for Argentina soon. Some of your agents are TERRIBLE: We sent an email with the request and the flight ticket, medication and branch for pickup... only to receive an email from Penny Maseko requesting those exact details in order to process the request!!

After many phone calls I have still not received confirmation that it is approved, but was promised it would be by the end of the day. Hopefully this is true as I need to collect my medication tomorrow morning when your call centre is closed apparently.

However, I have received AMAZING service from Sharaaz Ebrahim and Renaldo Swartz. Both have gone out of their way to assist me in getting this cleared up, being very patient with me and clear on what is happening and what will happen next. Perhaps Penny could take some lessons from them. They have both promised me that authorization would be done by the end of the business day. I sincerely hope that this is so, as this is asthma medication I desperartely need for my trip to abroad.
