Still no response

Further to my previous complaint dated 11/01/2013 I have not yet heard anything further in this regard. I was delighted to receive a positive response on my complaint and I even converted my complaint to a compliment.

Now that you've admitted that you owe me just over R1 000 how about paying it over to me??!?
