No response to issues disgusting

I logged a complaint on friday and was told i would be contact soon i am still waiting and yet my query is still not attened to. This is absolutely pathtic on how they cant even contact their client and the client have to contact them to find out what is happening. I still like to know how they can charge both a 3 month waiting period as well as a late joiner fee for life, and expect my mother to live on 2000 rand a month.
