DISGUSTING

I pay R590 for a room with twin beds. Come shower time, there's no shampoo. Try to call reception, but the phone doesn't work. Walk downstairs to be told they don't supply this. Have to wash my hair with hand soap. And going to bed, it becomes abundantly clear that the sheets weren't changed. Disgusting! Never again!
