Shampoo and hand wash

I complained about the Edgards brand "design" shampoo and hand wash. both has got the same ingredients and looks the same and the shampoo caused my scalp to itch and it was very sensitive so i stopped using the shampoo. edgards has responded by saying they only supply good quality products which i have no doubt but my question was not answered about why does both have the same ingredients when surely shampoo is different to hand wash. then for a fine chick they say i must call them if i have any futher queries. this is unacceptable as i am complaining about their product so they should in fact phone me and explain.
