Apparent overdue account

Today, I received an sms from linksfield hospital stating that my account is overdue and that it has been handed over to central collection. The reference is 1002919007.

1) I am not aware of this amount owing at all and haven't received any other correspondence in this regard
2) I tried to call the hospital 6 times and no one answers...

Please advise asap?
