I've been struggling from April to cancel my membership. I've made numerous calls en sent bunches of emails. I get zero response back from the emails and when I eventually get to a consultant over the phone, I only receive a new email address to send to, but still premiums are being deducted of my account, wit bank costs that I will keep you responsible for. After years of being a loyal paying customer, I don't accept that being ignored is the way to be treated. Christof Opperman
