No delivery of HIV medicines

A few weeks back I received a call from a company stating that they had been assigned to deliver my HIV meds and if I resisted, would cost me 25% on my usual total monthly claim. It all sounded so threatening and official that I said kewl if this was indeed a new Discovery policy although i would have expected something more official via writing. 2 weeks ago I saw a claim for meds go through my medical aid but for only half the total amount which indicated that I owed the 50% balance. After calling Discovery they assured me that this was just an error. On the 24 June I ran out of HIV meds and have still not heard a word from anyone so now have to seek legal council. Many years ago I experienced a similar problem when discovery instructed Freeway pharmacy to dispense my meds where I also experience interrupted supply of medicines and today perhaps through no direct cause, am on medicines for HIV regime level 4.
